If you are cleared to come to campus and cannot make it on your day, please plan to pick up your regalia on the make-up day, Saturday, May 8, 11 am – 3 pm. However, please make every effort to pick up on your scheduled day and do not wait until the make-up day. NYS limits in-person gatherings to 200 people in an outdoor environment. If the line becomes too long, the room will close, and pick up will be rescheduled for another date.
Only those students who are scheduled for that day will be served. Please do not attempt to pick up on a day on which you are not scheduled. You CANNOT pick up another student’s regalia. Regalia cannot be shipped to students who are planning to participate in the ceremony because the regalia will not be delivered before May 28.
Students Studying Remotely or Not Currently On Campus AND Will Be Participating in the Commencement Ceremony:
You may pick up on campus according to the schedule above or on the day of your ceremony. Regalia cannot be shipped to students who are planning to participate in the ceremony because the regalia will not be delivered before May 28.
Tracking campus visitors is a NYS requirement. Therefore, if are not cleared to come to campus, you must request clearance as a guest to come to campus to pick up your regalia at your scheduled time slot. The Guest Survey can be found at: https://www.marist.edu/coronavirus-guest-survey. Please complete the Guest Survey on the day before or the day of your planned pick-up. You cannot complete the Guest Survey in advance.
If you are “cleared” for that day, then come to campus and pick up – be prepared to show proof of clearance.
Students Who Will NOT Be Participating in the Commencement Ceremony:
Students who will NOT be participating in the Commencement Ceremony may arrange to have their regalia shipped to the address provided on their order.
If you wish to have your regalia shipped to the address you provided for your order, please email Cheryl.Lown@Marist.edu by May 10, 2021 to instruct us to mail it to you. Regalia will be mailed after May 10.
Please be aware that shipping is only viable if you will NOT be participating in the Commencement Ceremony on the weekend of May 28 – 31. If shipped, regalia will NOT arrive prior to May 28. You will not be able to change your mind about participating in the ceremony once your regalia has been shipped. Marist will NOT have extra regalia to let you borrow in the event that your regalia does not arrive in time for the ceremony.
Students in Quarantine/Isolation:
If you are in quarantine/isolation during this time, please contact Cheryl.Lown@Marist.edu to make alternate pick-up arrangements.
Regalia Not Picked Up By May 31:
Any regalia remaining at the completion of the semester (May 31, 2021), will be mailed to the address you provided on your order.
